Through strong leadership and operational excellence, you will drive sustainable performance while fostering a loyal customer base and an engaged in‑store community.

About You

  • Proven experience as a SM – ideally 2 years
  • Experienced in environments that have intricate product ranges and detailed customer journeys
  • Comfortable leading meaningful, sometimes sensitive customer conversations with empathy and maturity
  • Strong understanding of compliance and the importance of delivering guidance responsibly
  • A natural relationship‑builder who earns trust through credibility and consistency
  • Genuine passion for health, wellbeing, and helping people make informed choices
  • Values loyalty both to your team and to the communities you serve
