What You Will Do
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for rewards and retention experiences across web and app
- Define and deliver end-to-end reward journeys that make players feel recognised, valued, and motivated to return
- Build and iterate on gamified reward experiences that enhance engagement across slots, live, and bingo products
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on retention goals and deliver impactful initiatives
- Work closely with engineering and design to develop front-end player experiences, back-end reward engines, and third‑party integrations
- Lead the development of operational tools and admin consoles that enable efficient campaign and reward management
- Use data and experimentation to continuously optimise reward effectiveness and player satisfaction
- Balance short‑term wins with long‑term platform thinking to create scalable, flexible reward systems

What We're Looking For
- Experience in a Product Manager role, ideally within gaming, entertainment, or consumer digital products
- A strong understanding of retention mechanics, player psychology, and engagement strategies
- Experience working on gamification, loyalty, or rewards systems is a plus
- Comfortable owning both user‑facing experiences and complex back‑end systems
- Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform decisions and measure success
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to align diverse teams around shared goals
- Ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment and balance multiple priorities
