Employment Solicitor – Senior Associate

This is a chance to play a key role for an experienced Employment Solicitor at Senior Associate level you will be joining an established team who have a strong platform for growth. In this role there will be a focus in building client relationships, supporting the growth of key accounts and contributing to the development of the team’s presence in the local market.

What you’ll work On
- Employment advisory and contentious matters
- Tribunal litigation and dispute resolution
- Restrictive covenants and senior executive exits
- Discrimination, whistleblowing and HR advisory issues
- Employment aspects of corporate transactions (including TUPE)
What experience is needed
- 7+ years’ PQE in employment law
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Proven business development experienceExperience of tribunal work (desirable)
- Ability to supervise and support junior team members
- Commercial, proactive and growth-focused mindset
