Project Manager – Cut & Carve / Heavy Refurb – West London
I’m looking for a strong Project Manager for a proper mixed-occupancy scheme in West London.
This isn’t a simple refurb. It’s a 3-building project: 1 vacant building and 2 live/occupied buildings – manage stakeholders, logistics, noise, permits and disruption
You’ll report into the Project Director but fully own your building day to day.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing structural alterations, enabling works & temporary works interfaces
- Driving the transition into Cat A fit out
- Handling live building constraints – access routes, segregation, shutdowns, out-of-hours works
- Managing MEP coordination and commissioning
This needs someone who can think ahead, solve problems quickly, and keep trades moving.
Requirements:
- Proven PM experience on cut & carve / heavy refurbishment projects
- Experience working in live environments
- Solid understanding of logistics, interfaces and programme control
- Commercial awareness and disciplined record keeping (refurb projects always throw surprises)
Must have:
CSCS (Management), SMSTS, First Aid, TWC or lifting awareness is a bonus.
