We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Running Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist to join our growing team. This is a key role responsible for leading projects from inception through to completion, ensuring exceptional design quality, technical excellence, and client satisfaction.
You will take ownership of project delivery, manage multidisciplinary teams, and play a vital role in maintaining strong client relationships while meeting programme, budget, and performance targets.

Qualifications & Experience
- Architect: Registered with the ARB ORArchitectural Technologist: Degree/HND in Architectural Technology or related field
- Ideally Chartered (RIBA or CIAT)
- Minimum 7+ years post-qualification experience
- Proven experience delivering projects across multiple sectors
Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Building Safety Act, and CDM
- Experience delivering projects from concept to completion
- Excellent technical design and detailing skills
- Sustainable design knowledge and environmental awareness
- BIM experience (up to Level 2)
- Proficiency in Revit Specification writing and presentation skills
