What We Offer Realistic earnings of approximately £45,000 per year

Responsibilities Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen leadership
Maintain consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
Lead service confidently and efficiently
Train and develop junior members of the brigade
Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
Ensure hygiene, food xwzovoh safety, and HACCP standards are maintained
Support stock control, ordering, and waste management
Help create a calm, professional, and team-focused kitchen culture
Requirements Previous experience as Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef
Strong understanding of modern European cuisine
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Passion for quality, consistency, and hospitality
Positive leadership approach and strong attention to detail
