A Coleshill-based company that takes great pride in its environmental values is looking for a dedicated Credit Controller to join its expanding operations team for a 6-month fixed term contract. - Salary up to £30,000 – pro rata
- 6 months FTC – potential to be extended or be made permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively chase customer payments in line with agreed payment terms to reduce the risk of bad debt
- Meet weekly outbound call targets as set by the team leader
- Work collaboratively with the team to minimise overdue debt and maximise cash collection
- Identify and resolve customer disputes early in the collection cycle to prevent debt escalation
- Log and categorise outbound service requests via the internal CRM system
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with SAP is advantageous
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Previous experience working with internal and external customers to resolve issues
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts to reduce outstanding debt
- Strong investigative and questioning skills to resolve queries and disputes effectively
- Persistent yet polite communication style
- A strong team player
