As an AWS Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing, governing, and delivering resilient cloud platforms supporting large-scale telecom provisioning and integration ecosystems. The role offers exposure to enterprise cloud modernization programs, advanced AWS services, and collaboration across architecture, product, and delivery teams.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and governance of AWS cloud architectures ensuring scalability, resilience, and high availability
  • Drive multi-account AWS environments using Landing Zone, IAM, networking, and security best practices
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Delivery Managers to align technical solutions with business outcomes
  • Provide technical leadership for cloud migration and modernization initiatives
  • Enforce operational readiness reviews and production standards for new releases
  • Guide DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments
  • Oversee monitoring, logging, and observability using enterprise‑grade tools
  • Mentor engineering teams and ensure adherence to architectural and coding standards

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in AWS architecture and cloud design for enterprise systems
  • Hands‑on experience with core AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3)
  • Experience with serverless technologies (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions)
  • Knowledge of multi‑account AWS strategies and governance models
  • Proven experience in DevSecOps and CI/CD implementation
  • Proficiency in Python and shell scripting
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Dynatrace, Datadog)
  • Exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
  • Background in large‑scale system integration environments

Preferred Skills

  • Functional knowledge of telecom or broadband provisioning systems
  • Experience in on‑premise to AWS migration programs
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery models
