Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as front of house with managerial/operational experience in a 4–5 star luxury hotel, cruise line or hospitality industry related field.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the fleet and to self‑manage workload and productivity levels to ensure maximum output through remote supervision.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions at all levels including one‑on‑ones and large groups.
  • Flexibility to manage, focus, direct and encourage a positive, dynamic, diverse housekeeping operation by navigating through a changing work environment.
  • Excellent fluent English (verbal and written). This also includes giving and receiving instructions in verbal and written forms and effectively and efficiently engaging with guests and crew members.

  • Drives consistency in refined, intuitive, and highly personalized service delivery.
  • Strengthens the professional confidence and capability of Butler teams.

  • Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to individuals and teams.
  • Deliver workshops, onboarding support, masterclasses, and service refresh sessions.
