Behaviour Manager – Harrow

Qualiteach is looking for a Behaviour Manager to join one of our PRUs based in Harrow on a full-time, long-term basis.

Job Overview

This role is responsible for:

  • Managing student behaviour across the school, implementing behaviour strategies, and supporting students with SEMH and challenging behaviour.
  • Providing 1:1 and small group interventions to support students' emotional and behavioural development.
  • Working closely with staff to create a positive learning environment.

Key Requirements

  • Experience working within a PRU or similar alternative provision.
  • Strong behaviour management and de‑escalation skills.
  • Enhanced DBS checked and previous experience in a similar setting.

A Pupil Referral Unit in Harrow catering for students aged 11‑16 years who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion from mainstream education.
