We’re deliberately open on sector because this hire is about the individual rather than a predefined market. The successful candidate will be a proven high biller with a consistent record of winning work and delivering end-to-end recruitment processes within their market. At this level, we recognise that you are the expert. Our role is to support and invest in you, not to dictate how you operate day to day.

This is a highly autonomous role for someone commercially astute and credible, with the freedom to build on existing relationships and work their market in the way they know is most effective.

The Role

  • Build on your existing client relationships and network, to maximise the market opportunity.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy while being fully supported.
  • Have the opportunity to develop and lead a team over time (experience managing people is desirable, but not essential).
