Hybrid: 3 days in & 2 days wfh model

I’m working with a high profile, international organisation specialising in advanced healthcare solutions and innovative therapies.

Currently they are seeking a skilled professional to join their healthcare solutions team, driving the development and production of innovative cosmetic products.

This role combines scientific expertise with project management to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

In this position, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing cutting-edge cosmetic products to market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee vendor and manufacturer relationships for product development.
• Interpret scientific data and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Manage pilot and commercial batch production processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product profiles.
• Support regulatory documentation and maintain development records.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field.
• 3+ year’s experience in pharmaceutical or cosmetic manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and quality systems.
• Proven ability to analyse scientific data and manage complex projects.
