Top Recruit are recruiting for an experienced Head of Sales to join an extremely successful travel business. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with a strong background in travel and a passion for driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
  • Drive growth across Business Travel, Marine, Groups, MICE & Leisure sectors
  • Coach and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Take ownership of key opportunities – prospecting, pitching and closing deals
  • Build and improve sales processes, pipeline management and conversion activity
  • Work closely with Marketing to align campaigns and lead generation activity
  • Monitor CRM performance, reporting and sales KPIs
  • Identify new business opportunities and target markets

Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years in a senior Sales, Commercial or Marketing leadership role
  • Previous experience within a Travel Management Company (TMC) or corporate travel environment
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and winning new business
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Strong CRM, pipeline management and reporting knowledge
  • Hands-on approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
