Overview

The TCS Digital Field Service Management (DFSM) Practice is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to help discover and design a Field Service Management solution on the Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) platform for a multinational corporation specializing in food services and facilities management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise to understand and analyse the customer’s Field Service Management requirements.
  • Create functional specifications, user stories, and user documentation.
  • Help design solutions and advise suitable ways to best leverage the FSL platform to support critical business functions.
  • Analyse functional challenges; develop recommendations and solutions, help implement them, and assess the business impacts.
  • Participate in the full software development life cycle from feasibility and requirements analysis to design, development, demo, testing and deployment.
  • Conduct meetings with business teams to solicit business requirements.
  • Possess an overall understanding of the project solution from a functional aspect.
  • Provide functional oversight and guidance in the implementation of a project solution.
  • Provide recommendations/validations of the functional implementation of a solution.
  • Provide thought leadership on FSM to the customer and delivery teams.

Qualifications

  • Excellent understanding, skills and experience with Field Service Lightning and/or other Field Service Management platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of Field Service and related business functions, FSM workflows and best practices.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst conducting user workshops, analysing requirements, and creating functional specifications, user stories and documentation.
  • Experience preferable in Field Service Management product implementation.
  • Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Conversant in a broad range of technical topics including integration, master data management and user experience.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce development platform, Service Cloud and best practices.
  • Salesforce Business Analyst/Service Cloud/Field Service Lightning Consultant certified.
