An established and growing M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team, delivering shop fit-out and design & build projects across the UK. The Role
- Manage mechanical packages on fast-paced fit-out and D&B projects
- Oversee projects from pre-construction through to handover
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure delivery against programme, budget, and quality standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across repeat business frameworks
- Plan and manage your own diary, site visits, and workload

About You
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within M&E or fit-out
- Strong background delivering design & build projects
- Comfortable managing multiple fast-track projects simultaneously
- Commercially aware with the ability to manage budgets and programmes
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Willing to travel nationwide as required
