What will your day look like?
As a Manager – Salesforce Marketing Cloud Development you will lead and inspire a team of skilled developers, define technical architecture, and oversee end‑to‑end delivery of complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects. You will translate client requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions, research concepts, strategy, and targets for each project, and guide the team in developing automations, approving technical specifications, estimates, deployment plans, and test methodologies.
Tasks
- Drive product implementation and customization initiatives within Salesforce Marketing Cloud for major clients.
- Establish and enforce best practices for testing, maintenance, and optimization of client applications built on SFMC.
- Lead stakeholder communication, provide strategic project feedback and updates, and champion agile methodologies within the team.
- Mentor and develop junior and senior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Contribute to solution architecture and technical roadmap planning for large‑scale Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive developer experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship capacity within an agency or consulting environment, specifically focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Deep architectural and hands‑on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including advanced knowledge of AdStudio, Social Studio, and Einstein.
- Mastery of technologies such as SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript, with a strong emphasis on setting technical standards and guiding complex SFMC implementations.
- Demonstrated experience with workflow engines, HTML, CSS, and proficiency in multiple programming languages.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (English) to articulate strategic vision and technical roadmaps to diverse audiences.
- Strong marketing domain knowledge is a significant plus.
