This impressive resort is home to multiple dining experiences, events, and afternoon tea offerings, meaning no two days are ever the same within the pastry kitchen. From elegant plated desserts and freshly baked pastries to refined sweet treats for private events and high-end dining, you’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of pastry production within a fast-paced luxury environment.

Working alongside an experienced pastry brigade, you’ll be involved in preparing high-quality desserts and bakery items using premium seasonal ingredients while maintaining exceptional presentation and consistency throughout service.

This role is ideal for a chef who is passionate about pastry and eager to continue developing within a large, professional kitchen where progression and creativity are genuinely encouraged.

  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef De Partie or strong Demi Pastry Chef De Partie
  • A genuine passion for pastry, desserts, and baking
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Experience working with fresh ingredients in a professional kitchen
  • Ability to remain organised within a busy service environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
