Responsibilities
- Accountable to the Project Manager and the Technical Architect for the project.
- Ensure that all work – both personal and delegated to other technical resources – is delivered on time, to quality standards and within budget.
- Verify that all technical published controls and processes are followed by the team.
- Maintain high quality for all technical specification documents.
- When solution design or integrations involve Azure Integration Services (AIS), ensure design alignment and quality across all integration components while adhering to best‑practice standards.
- Liaise with client resources to resolve technical issues and with client project stakeholders to foster trust.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to assigned technical resources as required.
- Participate regularly in technical project meetings.
- Establish and maintain effective direct relationships with client technical resources and the project management team.
- Communicate concerns and issues effectively to the Project Manager.
- Execute responsibilities consistently with Hitachi Solution Europe Ltd’s Quality Management Policy.
- Support design and delivery activities involving Azure Integration Services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus), ensuring alignment with overall architecture and D365 F&O best practices.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage technical resources.
- Post‑Office (POS) skills.
- Experience creating and maintaining trust with client and senior stakeholder resources.
- Ability to resolve complex issues independently.
- Working knowledge of Azure Integration Services or similar cloud integration technologies and ability to incorporate these capabilities into end‑to‑end solution design.
- Experience working within a consultancy organisation; development experience with Retail POS is highly desirable.
- Understanding of required code delivery standards.
