Working within a product‑led and data‑rich environment, you’ll combine technical CRM expertise with strong commercial thinking to deliver measurable growth. As the Technical CRM & Marketing Automation Manager, you’ll own the evolution of Braze as a strategic growth platform – building sophisticated customer journeys, unlocking deeper segmentation, and delivering highly personalised experiences that influence customer behaviour across the full lifecycle.
The Technical CRM & Marketing Automation Manager will lead the development of scalable CRM and marketing automation strategies, driving retention, engagement, and revenue through advanced lifecycle orchestration and customer intelligence.
Role Highlights
- Own and optimise advanced lifecycle journeys across email, push, in‑app, and multi‑channel CRM
- Act as the in‑house Braze expert, driving platform capability, automation, and best practice
- Build sophisticated segmentation and personalisation strategies using behavioural and customer data
- Lead experimentation programmes across messaging, timing, targeting, and conversion optimisation
- Partner with Product, Data, and Commercial teams to embed CRM into wider growth initiatives
You Will Need
- Deep hands‑on experience with Braze, including segmentation, Canvas, Liquid, and journey orchestration
- Strong technical CRM or marketing automation background within consumer, marketplace, or scale‑up businesses
- Proven ability to connect CRM activity directly to commercial outcomes, including retention, LTV, and revenue
- Confidence working with customer data, testing frameworks, and high‑volume automated campaigns
- A commercially minded, proactive approach with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business
