As an Affiliate Channel Lead, you’ll manage and grow the affiliate sales channel, focusing on performance, partner productivity, and revenue growth.
This is a data-driven role where you analyse performance, identify gaps, and take action to improve results.
You’ll work closely with affiliate partners (mainly US-based) and internal teams, while managing one junior team member. This role reports directly to the CEO.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Singapore (hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH).
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Analyse affiliate performance (revenue, margin, conversion, AOV, EPC) and identify growth opportunities
- Own weekly performance tracking and recommend clear actions to improve results
- Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate partners
- Onboard and activate new partners through outreach and follow-ups
- Optimise campaigns, offers, and commission structures
- Coordinate campaigns, promotions, and launches with internal teams
- Monitor partner activity and ensure compliance with guidelines
- Improve processes using data, automation, and AI tools
- Manage and guide a junior team member
WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU
- 3–6 years experience in affiliate marketing, channel sales, partnerships, or digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actions
- Understanding of key metrics (revenue, margin, conversion, AOV, ROI)
- Experience managing partners or performance-based channels
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (reporting, analysis)
- Comfortable using AI or automation tools to improve workflows
- Good written communication for partner engagement (email, messaging)
- Able to manage multiple partners and priorities independently

- Experience in eCommerce, DTC, or performance marketing environments
- Background in affiliate networks or media / digital agencies
- Proven track record improving channel performance or revenue
- Experience working with US or international partners
