Salter Grange is exclusively recruiting an Electrical Lead to join the European leader in high-tech construction. Our client delivers complex, mission‑critical infrastructure for the world's leading corporations. This is an opportunity to lead flagship projects in Vienna within a culture that prioritizes innovation, safety, and the professional growth of its people.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the Electrical Systems package, ensuring all installations align with project specs and QA plans.
- Manage day‑to‑day site operations, including direct labor, sub‑contractor activities, and manpower levels.
- Drive a "safety‑first" culture. Oversee the setup and close‑out of site safety files and QA documentation.
- Monitor all costs associated with the package, including materials, plant, and valuations, in coordination with the QS.
- Manage schedules and issue weekly progress reports (WBS‑based) to highlight milestones and mitigate risks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Electrical Project Management or Engineering on large‑scale industrial projects.
- A strong Trade background and a relevant Third‑Level qualification (Electrical Engineering or similar).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel. Experience with "Design & Build" is highly preferred.
- A proactive leader capable of driving large teams under strict deadlines and managing complex change control.
