They have secured a flagship £10M drylining package on a major residential scheme in Birmingham city centre and are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial ownership of the project.
This is a genuine opportunity to step into a leadership role on a significant drylining scheme, where you will be trusted to run the project commercially from day one.
The Role
- Full commercial responsibility for a £10M drylining package
- Managing cost control, valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Working closely with the operational team to drive project performance
- Subcontractor procurement and management within the drylining scope
- Reporting into senior leadership whilst operating with a high degree of autonomy
