What Youll Be Doing Running your own section with confidence and consistency
Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using fresh, in-house ingredients
Working with traditional methods including charcoal open-fire grilling and artisan bread baking
Learning and perfecting the art of khinkali (Georgian dumplings)
Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
Maintaining exceptional hygiene and food safety standards
Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimizing waste
Training and supporting junior team members
Contributing ideas to improve dishes and kitchen processes
What Were Looking For Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up
Passion for cooking and eagerness to learn new cuisines
A hands-on, positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety
Interest in live-fire cooking and traditional techniques is a big plus
