We're looking for an experienced biller (circa £150k-£200k+) who thrives in a full lifecycle recruitment role – from business development through to candidate delivery and placement.
The Role
- Full 360 recruitment position within Compliance / Audit markets
- Build, develop, and own your client base
- Manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end
- Work with high-value clients and senior-level candidates
- Drive revenue and grow your desk with autonomy
What We're Looking For
- Proven billing history (£150k-£200k+ preferred)
- Strong experience in Compliance or Audit recruitment
- Confident in business development and client management
- Self-motivated, driven, and commercially minded
- Comfortable working in a 360 capacity
