Leadenhall Search & Selection is a growing recruitment business experiencing 35% year-on-year growth, with expansion plans into the US. We’re an ambitious, collaborative, fast-paced team looking for an Operations Executive to support the day-to-day running of the business.
We’re looking for an organised and reliable Operations Executive to support the Head of HR & Operations across business operations, office management, administrative functions, and wider business support initiatives.
This is a hands‑on role focused on keeping the operational and administrative side of the business running smoothly, so our sales team can operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support
- Assist with onboarding new hires
- Help maintain systems, records, and documentation across the business
- Maintain HR systems (SageHR) and employee records
- Send contracts and manage documentation
- Track appraisals and support internal processes
- Assist with internal recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, candidate comms)
- Support payroll processes, benefits admin, and expense management
- Liaise with external providers (IT, suppliers, building management)
- Raise and manage tickets/issues with suppliers
- Support general office organisation, supplies, and day‑to‑day needs
- Book training sessions and maintain training schedules
- Support the planning and coordination of company events (socials, Christmas parties, incentive trips)
- Coordinate travel where required
- Support the wider business with internal and external marketing initiatives
- Assist with the creation of sales documents and client proposal materials
- Maintain and update the CRM/database to ensure information is accurate and up to date
- Keep up to date with recruitment industry news and market trends to support the wider business
- Support ad hoc tasks as they arise
About You
Required
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable using Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred
- An understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and insight into how a recruitment business operates
- Experience using LinkedIn and Canva
Personal Attributes
- A genuine people person who is helpful, approachable, and team‑oriented
- Reliable and consistent, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Comfortable working in a support role with a focus on execution
