Overview
This role focuses on delivering market-leading advertising campaign activation, optimisation and performance analysis for one of our major new client wins ⭐. Once your initial training and onboarding are completed, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of your clients’ advertising campaigns on various platforms, such as Amazon Ads, Epsilon Retail Media, Criteo Commerce Max and other retail media channels both online and in‑store.
Responsibilities
- Activate and optimise advertising campaigns on Epsilon Retail Media, Criteo, Amazon Advertising, and more, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, opportunities and new keywords to continually refine and grow client accounts.
- Train and mentor junior account executives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients during meetings or calls.
- Collaborate with clients to create effective media plans, providing accurate spend forecasts and actionable insights.
- Manage media investments, ensuring budgets are allocated effectively and reconciled accurately.
- Comfortably engage with clients via video conference, delivering compelling presentations and addressing queries to maintain strong client satisfaction.
- Support senior leadership in preparing quarterly business reviews, developing case studies and participating in new business pitches.
- Attend regular internal trainings to enhance your knowledge of retail commerce and emerging technologies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key retail and technology partners (e.g., Amazon, Criteo, Nectar, Dunnhumby) to explore new opportunities for client campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail media/e‑commerce OR strong experience in biddable media (search/social/programmatic) with a keen interest in retail & e‑commerce.
- Previous experience owning small projects, innovating and taking calculated risks to drive results.
- Analytical mindset – comfortable diving deep into data sheets and Excel pivot tables to uncover insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Comfortable presenting – ability to confidently present to both internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients.
- Familiarity with acronyms such as SKU and ASIN, and proficiency in online metrics like CPC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, ROI, AOV.
