Based in Hampshire, our extensive manufacturing operations are spread over two sites, including our new 30,000sq ft centre of excellence and specialist finishes workshops.

Our highly skilled craftspeople, artisans and technical designers work on award winning and iconic projects. Producing the highest calibre of unique yacht furniture and exquisite cabinetry, through to luxury upholstery and high-end interior joinery, we provide seamless installations of the finest exterior and interior furniture found across the globe.

Role

To assist, under the guidance of senior staff, the management of bespoke projects through manufacture to final installation or delivery, working closely with our Sales, CAD and Workshop teams.

Reporting to: Production Manager

Responsibilities

  • Participate in weekly internal update meetings, taking notes where needed.
  • Shadow senior staff in supplier & client meetings.
  • Produce quotation documents using information from sales & operations teams.
  • Raise purchase orders for subcontracted components.
  • Update and keep track of projects in live production tracker document.
  • Assist in ensuring CAD drawings match sales order details.
  • Contribute to resolving manufacturing issues in internal discussions.
  • Keep on top of tasks and update senior staff on progress.
  • Follow up with suppliers & update team on material/component orders.
  • Assist senior staff with their projects and responsibilities.
  • Engage with the general goings on within the business.

Qualifications

  • Have furniture making/design experience.
  • Be competent with all basic Microsoft programmes.
  • Be able to read & understand Technical Drawings (AutoCAD knowledge useful but not essential).
  • Show willingness to learn new skills and develop a deeper understanding of the industry.
