Base pay range
$100.00/hr – $200.00/hr

Type: Contract (Full-time or Part-time)
Compensation: $100-$200/hr
Location: Remote
Duration: 10–40 hrs/week, flexible and asynchronous
Requirements: (Training support will be provided)
- Master’s, PhD, or Psy.D in Psychology
- Demonstrated experience in sexual health psychology (clinical, research, or applied)
- Strong understanding of psychological assessment and intervention related to sexual health
- Experience designing structured rubrics, evaluations, or assessment frameworks
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain sensitive psychological concepts clearly and ethically
- High attention to detail when reviewing and annotating content
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working independently in a remote, collaborative environment
Preferred:
- Peer-reviewed research publications in sexual health or related psychology fields
Role Responsibilities:
- Design and refine detailed AI training rubrics specific to sexual health psychology
- Evaluate and annotate content to improve AI understanding of sexual health concepts
- Provide subject-matter expertise on complex psychological scenarios
- Assess AI-generated outputs for clinical accuracy, empathy, and relevance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AI reasoning and responses
- Document clear, structured feedback to guide model improvement
- Stay updated on advancements in sexual health and psychology to inform training standards
