PCB Assembly Technician
We're hiring for a PCB Assembly Technician to join a growing engineering and manufacturing business in Salford. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with solid experience in PCB assembly and soldering, who takes pride in quality, precision, and getting things right first time.

- £28,966 p/a
- Mon – Fri 7am – 3:30pm OR 8am – 4:30pm
- Full‑time, permanent position
- On‑site role based in Salford
- Stable, long‑term opportunity within a growing business
What will you be doing as a PCB Assembly Technician?
- Assembling and building printed circuit boards (PCBs)
- Carrying out hand soldering to a high standard
- Programming PCBs using test equipment and fixtures
- Performing functional testing and inspections
- Identifying faults and ensuring quality standards are met
- Using basic test equipment to support production
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting production output
- Working as part of a team to ensure smooth workflow and delivery
What do you need?
- Previous experience in PCB assembly or electronics manufacturing
- Strong hand soldering skills
- Experience carrying out quality checks and inspections
- Comfortable using basic electronic test equipment
