The Role

Due to continued growth and expansion, we have an immediate opportunity for a skilled and experienced CNC Miller to join our team. The successful candidates will work primarily with Oil & Gas and Motorsports components, joining a long-standing team.

Responsibilities

  • Programme, set & operate CNC mills with Fanuc controls
  • Generate new programs as per drawing requirements
  • Set tools 2‑3 times a day
  • Produce components from 5mm to 300mm diameter
  • Work with a wide range of materials
  • Prototype work and small batch production
  • Work on highly technical products to tight tolerances and strict quality standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years CNC milling experience
  • Experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC mills
  • Working knowledge of Fanuc programming
  • Experience producing conforming first-offs to drawing and quality specifications
  • Experience with modern quality control standards and measurement of parts
  • Experience working to tight tolerances
  • CAD/CAM offline experience – Edgecam
