Overview
Working closely with a wider delivery team and responsible to the Contracts Manager (Refurb), our Site Manager will deliver a first-class quality refurbishment programme of works whilst operating in occupied properties within the social housing sector and therefore excellent customer satisfaction is a major objective.
Responsibilities
- Identify and obtain relevant information to plan and determine methods, phasing & programme of works to be carried out.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining on-site administrative systems, overseeing progress, and ensuring the appropriate labour, plant, and resources are in place to fulfil the contract.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Site Manager with knowledge of Housing Refurbishment works and previous experience of managing workload across planned maintenance programmes.
- Strong knowledge of internal and external programmes, strong communicator, excellent customer service and IT skills.
- Knowledge of LIBMS is also essential.
- Robust and proactive health, safety and environmental performance.
- Experience managing supply chain and ensuring necessary processes are adhered to.
