INNO INSTRUMENT (UK) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Admin Manager to oversee our UK business operations and provide administrative support for our German entity's liquidation process.
1. SCM & Logistics Management
- Manage customer orders, verify lead times, and coordinate shipments.
- Prepare essential import/export documentation, including Commercial Invoices (CI) and Packing Lists (PL).
- Oversee 3PL warehouse operations and manage real-time inventory using the Odoo ERP system.
- Coordinate with the headquarters for procurement and liaise between the technical team and customers regarding equipment repairs.
2. Finance & Accounting Support
- Prepare daily reports for headquarters, including sales status and cash/inventory balances.
- Maintain and manage AR/AP (Accounts Receivable/Payable) lists on a weekly basis.
- Manage local bank accounts, execute wire transfers, and assist with payroll processing.
- Liaise with local accountants for monthly document submissions and support year-end closing for headquarters.
3. General Admin & German Entity Support
- Handle general office administration, including procurement of supplies, mail management, and internal approval processes.
- Communicate with local government authorities and external vendors.
- German Entity Management: Assist in the liquidation process, manage related documentation, and oversee final administrative closure.
- Must have Permanent Residency in the UK.
- Fluency in both Korean and English (essential for business communication).
- 1–3+ years of experience in logistics, finance, or general administration preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing or supporting multi-national entities within Europe (UK/Germany).
- Strong understanding of import/export customs procedures and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with a meticulous approach to task management.

- Employment Type: Full-time (includes a 3-month probationary period).
