About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, Directed Content, Directed Content Analysts source the highest‑quality and most‑relevant experts for research projects. Analysts develop a deep understanding of target profiles within their industry territories, use research skills and an inquisitive mindset to locate suitable experts, and engage with them to evaluate fit and onboard the best candidates into the network.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct research to identify best‑fit experts for projects assigned by your Project Manager.
  • Collaborate with your Project Manager to confirm and refine project scope as research progresses.
  • Perform email and LinkedIn outreach to prospective experts.
  • Coordinate and conduct calls with experts to validate their background and suitability.
  • Document experts’ relevant experience in a clear, concise manner, facilitating rapid evaluation by Client Contributors.
  • Answer expert questions and handle objections to maximize onboarding of high‑quality experts.
  • Negotiate expert rates to minimize costs while ensuring payment reflects the value of their insight.
  • Support scheduling of calls between experts and Client Contributors for your projects.
  • Monitor calls and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Who You Are

In addition to the qualifications below, we specifically look for proficient French speakers (C1/C2 levels).

  • 2+ years of experience in research, recruiting, talent sourcing, market intelligence, or a related role requiring proactive outreach and candidate/expert evaluation.
  • Inquisitive, with a natural interest in learning and an ability to quickly identify patterns that help select the best experts.
  • Energetic and proven ability to manage fast‑turnaround projects, meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Organized, with a demonstrated capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Detail‑oriented, with strong attention to detail and the ability to document core elements of an expert’s skills or experience precisely.
  • Excellent communicator, engaging regularly with industry experts to learn about their background and convey participation expectations.
  • Goal‑oriented, motivated by delivering high‑quality expert profiles to Client Contributors efficiently.
