The ideal candidate
- Proven track record of shipping production‑grade code in high‑growth startup environments, ideally with proficiency in TypeScript/Node and React.
- High empathy and curiosity for solving non‑technical user problems, with the ability to navigate early‑stage ambiguity and take full ownership of projects.
- Interest in the intersection of LLMs and financial risk, possessing the drive to learn a complex domain and iterate rapidly based on direct customer feedback.
