Senior CRM Manager | London / Hybrid | c£80,000
If you've built CRM programmes that actually move the needle on retention and customer lifetime value, this one's worth a look.
A fast-growing, pan-European telecoms business is looking for a Senior CRM Manager to own and evolve their CRM strategy across five markets. It's a Group-level role, sitting in the central commercial team and working directly with in-country teams to lift their CRM capability. The brief is broad and the remit is real.
The role
This is a hands-on leadership position. The person coming in will shape the customer lifecycle framework, act as the internal subject matter expert on all things CRM, and partner closely with Data Science and Analytics to build a test-and-learn approach that's actually measurable.
Day-to-day, that means:
- Building and evolving end-to-end customer lifecycle frameworks, with retention at the core
- Acting as the Group CRM lead for five operating countries, from concept through to execution
- Owning the selection and management of CRM tools across the business
- Working with Analytics and Data Science to ensure activity is data-driven and performance is tracked against clear KPIs
- Shaping communications channel strategy and ensuring all activity is compliant
What they're looking for
Someone who is a genuine CRM expert, not just a campaign manager. They want a track record of results in fast-paced commercial environments, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to work across multiple countries and teams at different levels of seniority. Looking for people from consumer subscription, or individuals driving for repeatable revenues in complex, data-rich businesses. Multi-market or international CRM experience is highly relevant.
The package
Salary: c£80,000 – £90,000 + bonus + a strong benefits package including 25 days holiday (rising with tenure), pension matched to 5%, private medical, life assurance and more.
Working pattern: London-based, hybrid – 3 days in the office per week.
