About the role
As a Senior Strategist, you’ll help clients unlock growth by defining what the future looks like, identifying real human needs, and turning those into tangible commercial opportunities. You’ll bring a strong consulting background with expertise in growth strategy and proposition development, leading projects end-to-end – from framing the problem through to delivering impactful outputs.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery. You’ll lead teams, shape problem‑solving approaches, and work closely with clients to define growth strategies, new propositions, and business models.
About you
You’ve developed within a strategy or innovation consultancy and bring a strong consulting toolkit.
- Market sizing and opportunity assessment
- Insight generation and synthesis
- Storyboarding and crafting clear narratives
- Proposition development and go‑to‑market thinking
- Futures and forward‑looking strategy
You’ll also bring proven experience leading clients and building trusted relationships at a senior level.
