Civils Site Manager – EV Infrastructure Project (5 Week Contract)
Location: Brighouse, HD6
Start Date: 1st June 2026
Duration: 5 Weeks
Rate: £200 – £250 – Open to discussion
We are currently seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager to oversee a short-term EV (Electric Vehicle) infrastructure build project. This is a hands‑on role managing site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day site management of an EV charging infrastructure project
- Supervising installation of
- Ducting and associated civils works
- EV charger bases
- Substation base construction
- Tarmacking and reinstatement works
- Coordinating subcontractors and labour on site
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety standards
- Liaising with project teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Monitoring programme and ensuring progress targets are met
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Civils Site Manager
- Strong background in groundwork and infrastructure projects
- Experience with EV or utility installations (desirable but not essential)
Certifications (Essential)
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC)
- First Aid at Work
