Veterinary Surgeon – Weymouth Vets for Pets

Salary up to £80,000 FTE, 1 in 4 Saturdays, no OOH. Flexible working with protected lunch breaks and a focus on work‑life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide veterinary care to patients in a supportive, collaborative environment.
• Assist in surgical procedures, with a preference for those experienced in laparoscopy.
• Support and mentor junior colleagues and new graduates.
• Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to clinical meetings.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified veterinarian with RCVS registration.
• Experience or strong interest in laparoscopic surgery.
• Willingness and ability to grow clinical skills with ongoing CPD.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
