My client is looking for a commercially driven and experienced General Manager with a background in managing branded, full service hotels.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including rooms, F&B, guest services and maintenance
Lead, motivate, and develop a hands-on team delivering exceptional hospitality
Maximise revenue and profitability through effective cost control and business development
Collaboration with the owner on the management of budget planning and execution of operational performance
Build relationships with guests, suppliers, and the local community
Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and brand standards
The Successful candidate will have
Proven experience in hotel management (GM, Deputy GM or Hotel Manager) from within a branded hotel. xwzovoh
