Key Responsibilities

  • Produce MI, KPIs, and trend analysis for management.
  • Support UAT execution and documentation.
  • Work with Technology, Compliance, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Monitor regulatory updates relevant to BAU workflows.

Skills & Experience

  • Basic understanding of regulatory reporting is desirable.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability.

Technical Skills

  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Exposure to front‑to‑back data flows and operational controls is a plus.

Personal Attributes

  • Proactive, enthusiastic, willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Strong ownership and commitment to high‑quality outputs.
