Job Title: Senior CRM Executive @ Iconic Multi-Brand Hospitality Group

Key Responsibilities
- Own hands‑on CRM delivery across multiple brands, segmentation, lifecycle journeys, automation builds and campaign execution
- Build and manage automated customer programmes across the full lifecycle
- Execute campaign delivery in a high‑volume environment, responding to marketing briefs quickly and effectively
- Support performance reporting and use data insights to improve results
- Work closely with the Senior CRM Manager and contribute to platform migration activity
- Maintain high standards of QA across all CRM outputs
Skills & Experience Required
- Solid CRM platform experience, Acteol experience particularly valued given the sector
- Comfortable with segmentation, journey builds and campaign execution at volume
- Strong attention to detail and a delivery‑focused mindset
- Able to manage multiple briefs and priorities simultaneously
- Experience within hospitality, leisure or multi‑brand environments preferred
- A genuine passion for CRM and data‑driven marketing
