One of the UK's most recognisable multi-brand hospitality groups is looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join their high-volume CRM team and own hands‑on delivery across a portfolio of 18+ brands.

This is a business operating at serious scale, with a lean marketing team managing CRM activity across UK and US markets. With a platform migration currently underway and ambitious plans to level up their lifecycle and automation programmes, now is a brilliant time to join and make your mark.

You'll be working directly on campaign execution, lifecycle journeys, segmentation and automation, supporting a portfolio of brands and responding to briefs from a fast‑moving marketing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Own hands‑on CRM delivery across multiple brands, segmentation, lifecycle journeys, automation builds and campaign execution
  • Build and manage automated customer programmes across the full lifecycle
  • Execute campaign delivery in a high‑volume environment, responding to marketing briefs quickly and effectively
  • Support performance reporting and use data insights to improve results
  • Work closely with the Senior CRM Manager and contribute to platform migration activity
  • Maintain high standards of QA across all CRM outputs

Skills & Experience Required

  • Solid CRM platform experience, Acteol experience particularly valued given the sector
  • Comfortable with segmentation, journey builds and campaign execution at volume
  • Strong attention to detail and a delivery‑focused mindset
  • Able to manage multiple briefs and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience within hospitality, leisure or multi‑brand environments preferred
  • A genuine passion for CRM and data‑driven marketing
