Job Description

As an Art & Design Tutor at TMP College, you will deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in Art & Design to SEND learners. You will play a key role in supporting the academic progress and personal development of your students by adapting teaching methods to meet their individual needs.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching Art & Design subjects.
  • Proven experience working with SEND learners.
  • Strong knowledge of Art & Design curriculum.
  • Ability to design creative lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning styles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in using digital media tools relevant to film production and multimedia projects.
  • Relevant teaching qualification such as PGCE or equivalent.
