Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer – Electrical Bias

Role Details

Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Mobile across Cumbria (Penrith & Carlisle)

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and oversight of Low Voltage (LV) distribution systems.
  • Generator and fuel system maintenance to ensure reliable power supply.
  • Routine checks and maintenance of UPS units and battery systems.
  • Upkeep and compliance checks of lighting and emergency lighting systems.
  • Maintenance of HVAC, fire & intruder systems, water hygiene, lightning protection, masts & towers, building/site infrastructure, and specialist vehicles.
  • Completion of all compliance documentation, including SFG20, client MS, and ACoPs, as well as inspection reports and remedial records.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities management environment.
  • Electrical Authorised Person (AP) experience is essential.
  • Relevant qualifications such as Electrical Level 3 Award, C&G 2391, 18th Edition.
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of work.
  • Full, clean driving licence (necessary for travel between sites).
