  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and support commercial decisions
  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills to manage multiple active conversations and pipelines

What the job involves

  • We’re looking for a motivated Affiliate Partnerships Executive to join the Gener8 team and support the growth of our brand partnerships on the Gener8 Rewards platform
  • Working closely with our Affiliate Partnerships Manager, you’ll play an active role in outreach, pitching, and selling CPA campaigns to brands across the UK and US
  • You’ll help identify new partners, run outreach sequences, negotiate placements, and support ongoing partner relationships — with new international markets launching soon
  • You’ll get hands‑on experience working with well‑known brands, supported by clear guidance and mentorship, while still having the autonomy to own projects and make a visible impact
