Account Executive – Professional Indemnity (National Professions)


I’m currently partnering with a highly respected Lloyd’s Broker to recruit an experienced Account Executive specialising in National Professions PI.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and reputable business, with flexibility to be based in London, Bristol, Manchester, Edinburgh, or across the regions.


In this client-facing role, you’ll take ownership of an existing portfolio, focusing on building and strengthening long-term relationships while delivering exceptional service and tailored risk management solutions. You’ll play a key role in supporting clients throughout the full policy lifecycle, from strategic planning through to renewal and beyond.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with your client portfolio
  • Manage the full renewal process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency
  • Prepare and present market submissions in collaboration with internal specialists
  • Analyse renewal terms and ensure policies remain fit for purpose
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure specialist wordings and clauses are correctly applied
  • Review policy documentation, warranties, and contractual obligations


Experience Required

  • 5–10 years’ experience with a strong technical background in National Professions PI (essential)
  • Experience working with appointment documents and contracts, ideally within PII, legal, or construction sectors (essential)
  • Experience preparing market submissions and policy documentation (desirable)
  • Ability to review and interpret contractual documentation to assess coverage (desirable)
  • Highly organised, professional, and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels (essential)
