Site Manager – Norfolk

Our client, a leading nationwide construction contractor, is looking for an experienced site manager to join their planned works division. Projects include EWI, heat source pumps, internal and external plan maintenance projects, and under‑floor heating for street properties throughout Norfolk and the East Anglia areas.

Salary: Up to £55,000 plus package.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities:

  • Management of subcontractors and direct operatives
  • Lead the site team to the best of your ability
  • Manage delivery of works to specification
  • Supervise direct reports, including RLOs and office staff
  • Conduct pre‑ and post‑inspections of works
  • Perform health & safety and quality checks

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects
  • Valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness certifications

This is a permanent position that offers training, development, and good progression opportunities for the successful candidate.
