Lead Construction Manager: Office Fit-Out (Nottingham)

Eden Brown is recruiting for an experienced Construction Manager to deliver a 2m CAT B office fit-out project in Nottingham, running from September through January/February. This is a site-based, autonomous role with full ownership of delivery on a flagship regional project.

You will manage subcontractors, drive programme, uphold safety and quality, and liaise with clients and design teams. The role may involve pre-construction support during tender and client meetings.
