- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Music at secondary level
- Previous leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Passionate about high-quality teaching and student achievementExcellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
