Working days: Tuesday – SaturdayWorking hours: 7:30am – 3:30pmWe’re looking for a confident and commercially aware Operations Support Analyst to join our growing Operations Support team. In this role, you’ll go beyond reporting – diving deep into large data sets across our logistics network to identify trends, investigate issues, and uncover opportunities for improvement. You’ll transform complex data into clear, actionable insights and present your findings to senior stakeholders and development teams to help shape operational enhancements and future solutions.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in logistics operations analysis who thrives on problem-solving, data storytelling, and driving real business impact.What you’ll be doing:Analyse large, complex data sets to identify trends, performance issues, and operational risks across the network Investigate variances, root causes, and emerging patterns to support data-driven decision making Produce accurate and insightful daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for senior stakeholders Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide clear, real-time visibility of operational performance Present findings and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams Work closely with IT and development teams to shape and enhance reporting tools and future data solutions Support forecasting and volume analysis, comparing planned vs actual performance and highlighting risks Collaborate with operational teams to provide insight, context, and practical recommendations Contribute to network planning, route reviews, and peak planning through detailed analysis Support continuous improvement initiatives by turning insight into actionable changeWhat you’ll bring to this role: Proven experience as an Operations Analyst within logistics, parcels, or supply chain environments Strong experience working with large data sets and conducting in-depth analysis and investigations Advanced Excel skills and strong working knowledge of data analysis techniques Proven experience using Power BI to build, maintain, and present dashboards and insights A naturally curious and investigative mindset – comfortable challenging data and identifying root causes Ability to translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights and recommendations Strong attention to detail with a structured and results-driven approach Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a teamWhat We Can Offer You: 33 days of annual leave (including Bank Holidays) Opportunities to grow and develop your career in a strong, stable business.
