Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with Preliminary Risk Assessments (Phase 1 Desk Studies)
- Supporting and undertaking Phase 2 intrusive site investigations
- Logging soil and rock, sampling, and groundwater/gas monitoring
- Coordinating laboratory testing for environmental and geotechnical analysis
- Interpreting site investigation data and assisting with risk assessments
- Contributing to remediation strategies and earthworks assessments
- Preparing technical reports, including factual and interpretative reports
- Ensuring health & safety compliance during site works
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong interest in contaminated land and geoenvironmental engineering
- Good understanding of site investigations and environmental risk assessment principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and organised approach to work
- Willingness to undertake site work across the UK
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
